V – EXCHANGE

To our valued customers, If you are not sure if you wish to exchange your recent purchase, you can bring the purchased item(s) to any Pellini store and we will gladly make the exchange as per the guidelines below: (Receipt should be presented upon exchange.)

  • Item should be in new condition, with the original packaging if attached.
  • No exchange on items that are used, washed, worn, or altered.
  • Full-price merchandise: Exchange period is 15 days from purchase date.
  • Sale-price / Promotion merchandise: Exchange period is 7 days from purchase date and subject to applicable sale/promotion conditions.
  • Items returned are not exchangeable with a gift card.

Our policy excludes refunds.
